About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Philadelphia. As the primary point of contact for office-related matters, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office vendors and service contractors
  • Oversee office expense budget and scheduling expenditures
  • Work closely with the Executive Assistants, Regional Facilities Manager, and Vice President of Real Estate & Facilities to assist with basic office support functions
  • Assist with facilities requirements for on-boarding of new hires
  • Provide basic office support functions and help with coordination of quarterly meetings and other types of events
  • Develop and oversee local facilities team work systems, procedures, and policies
  • Oversee Safety & Emergency processes and maintain a safe and secure working environment
  • Coordinate and execute internal moves with Corp IT, team managers, and employees
  • Assist with office planning and construction management of fit-out of new office space or renovation of existing space
Requirements
  • 5+ years of directly related prior experience as an Office Manager
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office products
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Ability to work under a moderate noise level and lift up to 40 pounds
What We Offer

GLG is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. Certain roles may also be eligible for incentive compensation.

The anticipated hiring base salary range for this role is: $65,600-$85,000 USD
