Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Associate to join our Academic Records Unit. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of academic records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify enrollment status and degree awards
  • Process academic transcripts and correct/ update academic records
  • Process enrollment error reports from the National Student Clearinghouse
  • Provide clerical support to supervisor and manage Records department email account
  • Ensure proper student enrollment certification and recordkeeping through daily use of computer and online systems
  • Respond to inquiries regarding academic record issues
  • Prepare and organize work for work study students and staff, and provide training as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Minimum of five years of experience in an administrative or clerical support position required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills required
  • Demonstrated excellence in providing customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word and Excel required
  • Experience working with people from a variety of culturally diverse backgrounds required
