Job Summary:

The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day operations at the Providence Corporation central office. This role requires excellent oral and writing skills, as well as efficiency in project management and delivery. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to maintain confidentiality of information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote the desired corporate image with all contacts.
  • Perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision, including maintaining filing systems, preparing and updating reports, etc.
  • Assume responsibility for maintenance and support of office equipment, including computers, copy machines, cell phones, etc.
  • Maintain office/residential supplies by conducting inventory and ordering needed items in a timely manner.
  • Handle confidential information in accordance with Providence Corporation policies and procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, etc.
  • Assist with training of administrative and non-administrative employees.
  • Generate memos, emails, reports, as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of medical clerical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with standard Microsoft office projects such as Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.
  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing assigned projects in a timely manner.

Salary:
Starting at $20 per hour, but dependent on qualifications and experience.

Miscellaneous:
Non-Exempt Position. The incumbent is subject to a criminal background check. The incumbent is also subject to a post-offer physical, TB screening, and drug testing.
