Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to lead our sales efforts and develop a small team to service existing clients and acquire new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people and developing relationships, excellent organizational and time management skills, and a strong ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Service existing client base and develop relationships to add new clients through referrals and leads.
- Research new business opportunities and identify potential clients.
- Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes.
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using a CRM system.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.
Requirements

Licensing Requirements
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
