About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Leader to join our team at Sequel Med Tech. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting the adoption of our innovative insulin pump and future products in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective territory strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, advanced practitioners, and certified diabetes care specialists.
  • Drive the continued adoption and growth of our products by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in diabetes care and therapeutics, and communicate this knowledge to our customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with our customer care and sales support teams to optimize the user experience and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Represent our products at industry conferences and educational forums to increase awareness and promote our brand.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a life science.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within your assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries.
  • Experience in diabetes and selling automated insulin devices.
  • Demonstrated relationships with endocrinologists and knowledge of diabetes therapeutics.
