Transformation Business Owner

LPL Financial is seeking a seasoned executive to join our Enterprise Business Strategy team as a Vice President of Transformation. This is a critical role that requires a strategic leader to drive business outcomes, lead cross-functional teams, and contribute to the analysis of our efforts to transform our platform for institution clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the client experience.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver transformation initiatives, leveraging business acumen, product management, and project management skills.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and present business cases, funding requests, and strategic plans.
- Drive decision-making, stakeholder management, and team leadership to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, business units, and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, finance, or management.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or program/project management in a financial services or related FinTech firm.
- 5+ years of experience leading high-performing teams in an agile environment.
- Demonstrated business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to interact with senior leaders.
- MBA or other advanced degree.
- Experience in risk management, organizational change management, and cross-functional team leadership.
- Expert communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present materials to senior leaders and external partners.
