About the Role

LPL Financial is seeking a seasoned executive to join our Enterprise Business Strategy team as a Vice President of Transformation. This is a critical role that requires a unique blend of business acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business transformation strategies that drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects and initiatives that align with the company's vision and goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business cases, funding requests, and strategic plans.
  • Drive decision-making and stakeholder management to ensure successful program execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business unit leaders, product managers, and external partners.
  • Coach and mentor high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, management).
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing teams in an agile environment.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and ability to interact with senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate business opportunities and results.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • Experience in financial services or related FinTech industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Expert communication and presentation skills.

LPL Financial offers a highly competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $144,000 to $240,900, depending on experience and qualifications.
