Director, Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute HR plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead human resources planning efforts to align initiatives and programs with business plans
  • Provide leadership for all human resources efforts, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery
  • Consult with managers and employees on HR and employment issues
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis, partnering with People Analytics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations
Requirements:
  • Seasoned human resource professional with 8+ years of experience, preferably in a generalist role
  • College degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, business, or related field
  • Extensive knowledge of human resources, including organization development, employee relations, litigation management, and compensation
  • Experience with PeopleSoft and other mainframe and computer systems preferred
