Job Title: Chief Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Chief Human Resources Officer to lead our organization's HR function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing HR strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the HR strategy to support the organization's overall business objectives
  • Oversee succession planning, talent management, change management, organization and performance management, training and development, and compensation
  • Provide strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives align with overall business objectives
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Manage and mentor HR team members to ensure high performance and professional development
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in the job market
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years of executive HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies that align with overall business objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage and mentor a team of HR professionals
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • HR Certification Required; SHRM Senior Certified Professional Certification preferred
