Responsibilities:- Lead the adult medicine department to achieve clinical excellence and high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical guidelines, protocols, and policies to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality care.
- Supervise and mentor a team of healthcare providers, including doctors, nurse practitioners, and support staff.
- Manage day-to-day clinical operations, resource allocation, and patient flow.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery and patient satisfaction.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets and financial resources.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical technologies, treatments, and best practices in adult medicine.
- 35 years of clinical experience in adult medicine, with a preference for those who have practiced as an attending physician.
- Medical Degree (MD) and Board Certification in internal medicine, family medicine, or a related adult medicine specialty.
- State Medical License and additional education in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or Public Health (MPH) preferred but not required.
- US Citizenship or Authorized to Work in the United States.
