About the Role

The University of Saint Francis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive enrollment growth and enhance the university's brand and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive enrollment management and marketing strategies to achieve university goals.
  • Oversee the admissions, financial aid, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of enrollment and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance the university's brand and reputation through targeted marketing campaigns and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and manage budgets to support enrollment and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze enrollment and marketing metrics to inform data-driven decision making.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enrollment management and marketing, preferably in a higher education setting.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful enrollment and marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
