Position Summary:The Senior Vice President of Partner Relations will oversee the development and management of M3GR's global network of healthcare market research fieldwork partners and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the establishment and maintenance of M3GR's international network of healthcare market research fieldwork partners for various research initiatives, including freelancers and fieldwork agencies.
- Manage supplier and partner compliance, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place and conducting audits as required.
- Develop and maintain preferential pricing agreements and rebate programs with strategic partners, tracking annual savings and identifying pricing trends that may affect client costs.
- Collaborate with M3 companies to enhance partnerships and support mergers and acquisitions.
- Work closely with product development teams to assess competitive intelligence and market positioning.
- Support Operations, Compliance, and Sales teams with pricing strategies and partner solutions to maximize revenue.
- Supervise procurement team members and coordinate quarterly objectives aligned with procurement functions.
- Facilitate communication regarding partner updates and announcements through established channels.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance staff performance and interdepartmental collaboration.
- Identify and manage strategic projects that advance M3 GR's business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in market research.
- Over 5 years of experience coordinating external fieldwork suppliers in Healthcare Market Research, with an additional 8+ years in the market research sector.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation abilities.
- Experience in supplier negotiation and coordination across multiple budgets and currencies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in the healthcare sector.
- Proven leadership experience in healthcare market research.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with strong time management skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
- Comfortable with adopting new technologies.
