Key Responsibilities
  • Property Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction and exceeding company standards.
  • Financial Management: Oversee all financial aspects of the property, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of property managers, ensuring their personal and professional growth.
  • Marketing and Leasing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new residents and drive leasing activity.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Partner with our maintenance team to ensure timely and efficient repairs, and a high level of property maintenance.
  • Accounting and Administration: Oversee all accounting functions, including processing invoices, paying bills, and managing resident accounts.
  • Performance Metrics: Focus on key performance metrics, including closing ratios, sales conversion rates, and apartment turnover efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree in Marketing and/or Business, preferred.
  • Experience: Three years + of residential multifamily property management or real estate management experience as a Property Manager.
  • Software Skills: Proficient in RealPage product Onesite software.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel and overnight stays, as needed.
