Position Overview

3Rivers Federal Credit Union is on the lookout for a dynamic executive to take on the newly established role of Vice President of Growth Strategy. This pivotal position will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for harmonizing the efforts of the Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Digital Experience teams. The primary focus will be to devise innovative strategies that leverage member and demographic insights to enhance service delivery and foster growth within the Credit Union.

The Vice President of Growth Strategy will work closely with departmental leaders to define and accomplish the organization's strategic objectives while ensuring the financial sustainability of the Credit Union. The ideal candidate will possess a visionary mindset, encouraging creativity and innovation within their teams. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, along with a keen interest in emerging technologies, are essential for success in this role. A bachelor's degree, coupled with a minimum of seven years of experience in leading cross-functional teams and a robust understanding of data-driven strategy development, is required.

Company Overview

Founded in 1935, the International Harvester Company Fort Wayne Works Employee Credit Union began with just $250 and three employees. By the mid-1940s, the Credit Union experienced significant growth, continuing to serve the employees of International Harvester. Following a substantial reduction in the local workforce during the 1980s, the Credit Union expanded its membership to include other local and eventually national businesses, adopting the name Three Rivers Federal Credit Union (3Rivers). Today, 3Rivers proudly serves over 117,000 members across the United States, operates 25 branches, and manages assets exceeding $2.3 billion.
