Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team at BAMM. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving phone and email inquiries, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Job Overview:
This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve email and phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
