Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Office Support Specialist to join our team at the Neighborhood Association. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, managing our office operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage our office operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining our calendar.
  • Oversee the distribution of incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails, and sign for and distribute packages.
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as copying, faxing, and filing, and review and approve office supply acquisitions.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, and maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems.
  • Assist with processing and maintaining records, and conduct regular inspections to ensure facility safety and compliance.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • NYS Valid Driver License.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, and work collaboratively and diplomatically.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively under pressure, and maintain strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and efficient.

Compensation:
$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
