The Senior Treasury Solutions Consultant is tasked with delivering comprehensive treasury solutions to Private Bank clientele. This role involves close collaboration with client-facing teams to identify sales opportunities and provide the necessary product expertise to ensure optimal solutions for clients. The Consultant acts as an integral part of the Private Bank team, engaging with complex clients such as Family Offices, Real Estate entities, Private Equity firms, and Business Owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sustainable revenue and balance sheet growth, enhance profitability, conduct client outreach and planning, develop portfolios, strategize pricing, respond to proposals, and lead treasury presentations for clients.

• Collaborate with bankers and product specialists across the organization to create tailored treasury solutions through a client-focused cost/benefit analysis and a bank-focused profitability analysis.

• In conjunction with the Private Bank, lead pricing and negotiation discussions for treasury management products to maximize relationship profitability and year-over-year growth.

• Promote digital adoption by encouraging the use of mobile, digital, and real-time payment solutions while managing strategic discussions around key client-centric issues, utilizing best practices, peer benchmarking, industry analytics, and solution positioning.

• Mentor and develop Treasury Sales Analysts and junior Treasury Sales Officers in their daily client support activities.

• Maintain a strong client-centric focus, possess treasury industry expertise, and have a broad understanding of banking structures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Treasury/Cash Management Sales
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A passionate and engaged team player who aligns with our mission and is enthusiastic about serving our clients and communities.
  • Ability to challenge conventional practices.
  • Confident and adaptable: A strong communicator who values feedback, builds relationships easily, and demonstrates quick thinking and flexibility; a sense of urgency is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Intellectually curious and driven to enhance processes.
  • Experience in sales and client relationship management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of treasury management products and services.
  • Proven experience in selling to Private Bank clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and active listening abilities.
  • Effective critical and strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated creative thinking while adhering to established guidelines.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Ability to foster strong partnerships within the core team and build genuine rapport with client contacts.
