We are seeking a highly skilled B2B marketer to drive growth and scale our North America business. As a key member of our commercial team, you will work closely with strategy and marketing teams to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a B2B marketing strategy to acquire and retain customers in the US market.
- Lead performance marketing efforts, including paid social, display, and SEM campaigns.
- Manage offline marketing campaigns, including events and product launches.
- Collaborate with product and go-to-market teams to launch new products in the Americas.
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy to engage with target audiences.
- Optimize CRM strategy to scale and improve email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- 15+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B and fintech.
- Proven track record of driving growth and scaling marketing efforts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
