The Senior Treasury Solutions Consultant is accountable for delivering comprehensive treasury solutions to Private Bank clientele. This role involves close collaboration with client-facing teams to identify sales opportunities and provide the necessary product expertise and consultation to ensure optimal solutions for clients. The Consultant acts as an integral part of the Private Bank team, engaging with complex clients, including Family Offices, Real Estate entities, Private Equity firms, and Business Owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drives sustainable revenue and balance sheet growth, enhances profitability, engages in client outreach and planning, develops portfolios, formulates pricing strategies, responds to proposals, and leads client treasury presentations.

• Collaborates with bankers and product specialists across the organization to craft tailored treasury solutions through a client-focused cost/benefit analysis and a bank-centered profitability analysis.

• In conjunction with the Private Bank, spearheads pricing and negotiation discussions with clients regarding treasury management products to maximize relationship profitability and year-over-year growth.

• Promotes digital adoption by encouraging the use of mobile, digital, and real-time payment solutions while managing strategic discussions around key client-centric issues, utilizing best practices, peer benchmarking, industry data analytics, and solution positioning.

• Guides, mentors, and develops Treasury Sales Analysts and junior Treasury Sales Officers in their daily client support activities.

• Maintains a strong client focus, possesses treasury industry expertise, and has a broad understanding of the bank's structure.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Treasury/Cash Management Sales.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Engaged and passionate: Seeking a highly motivated team member who is enthusiastic about serving clients and contributing to community initiatives.
  • Willingness to challenge conventional methods.
