Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Roberts Oxygen. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building long-term relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Respond promptly and politely to all customer inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Processing: Efficiently process customer sales, ensuring timely and accurate completion of transactions.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and company profitability.
- Support Functions: Provide timely and accurate customer information, support sales staff and management, and fill in branch coverage as needed.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and guidelines, as well as safety procedures, to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years of inside sales, customer service, or welding experience preferred.
- Skills: Basic computer skills, comfort, and fluency, or the ability to quickly gain necessary skills. Basic mathematical aptitude and function. Ability to lift 75lbs.
- Education: High school education or equivalent. Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Certifications: Excellent driving record; Class A or B CDL preferred or ability to obtain.
