We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Roberts Oxygen. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and politely to all customer inquiries and walk-in visitors.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding services, products, and invoices.
  • Process customer sales efficiently and effectively.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to drive future sales growth and company profitability.
  • Support sales staff and management by providing timely and accurate customer information, scheduling follow-ups, and covering branch responsibilities.
  • Ensure safe and efficient handling of cylinders and other products.
  • Adhere to all company policies, guidelines, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain high performance standards through excellent attendance and work habits.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Basic computer skills and fluency, or the ability to quickly gain necessary skills.
  • Mathematical aptitude and ability to lift 75lbs.
  • High school education or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent driving record; Class A or B CDL preferred or ability to obtain.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screens.
