Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and job specifications.
  • Design and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Create engaging job advertisements and manage online postings.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Evaluate candidates based on their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' experience and capabilities.
  • Prepare and extend competitive job offers to selected candidates.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment processes efficiently.
  • Participate in recruitment events to promote the organization and attract potential candidates.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Experience in sourcing and building candidate pipelines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
