Position Overview

The Money Movement Solutions team offers a comprehensive suite of solutions designed to enhance integrated experiences, revolutionizing the future of money transfers and assisting clients in reaching billions of endpoints. These solutions utilize Visa's capabilities across Visa Direct, Currencycloud, and B2B Connect to facilitate both domestic and international use cases, including person-to-person transfers, disbursements, and collections.

The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role within the Money Movement Solutions Strategy & Operations team. This team is instrumental in defining the multi-year strategy, spearheading strategic initiatives, and delivering business insights and analytics for Money Movement Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide analytical and research support for strategic development.
  2. Lead projects by defining approaches, formulating recommendations, and crafting communications to garner support from key stakeholders.
  3. Conduct in-depth analyses across various business growth and operational domains to identify significant trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  4. Support project management requirements and ongoing operations across essential cross-functional and cross-geographical interactions.
  5. Develop clear and concise communications for executive-level audiences.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8 or more years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or at least 5 years of experience with an advanced degree (e.g., Master's, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years of experience with a PhD.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 9 or more years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 7 or more years of relevant experience with an advanced degree (e.g., Master's, MBA, JD, MD), or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD.
  • Previous experience in management consulting or strategic planning teams is preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a complex and often ambiguous environment while managing multiple workstreams.
  • Proficiency in analyzing large datasets to derive insights and strategies, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong personal presence and ability to articulate compelling messages in both written and verbal communications.
  • Willingness to collaborate in cross-functional, global teams with personnel at all levels to achieve project objectives.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with experience in Tableau or Power BI preferred.
Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies based on departmental needs.

Travel Requirements: This position may require travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This role will be performed in an office environment, requiring the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and via telephone, and frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 132,900 to 172,800 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
