As a Senior Manager in Sales Strategy and Operations, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the team's collaboration with Channel stakeholders and cross-functional units to generate insights, strategic planning, and effective go-to-market approaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a strategic partner to the Solutions Sales overlay and Solution Engineer leadership, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of analysts, fostering their development and supporting the sales leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to unify and improve our reporting capabilities, driving actionable insights and executing go-to-market strategies.

You will engage with teams such as Sales Strategy and Analytics, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Business Operations.

Strategic Operations

Be a key contributor in essential tasks including forecasting, preparation for M/QBR, annual and quarterly planning, OKR establishment, and analyzing business health to provide recommendations for strategic decisions and investments. Encourage a proactive approach within the team.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong drive for execution and impact, with a sense of urgency for both large and small projects. You should be comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment, where multiple teams depend on your expertise.

  • Analytical Expertise: Proficient in data analysis and Excel, with the ability to ask the right questions and derive actionable insights from data.
  • Experience: Over 10 years of progressive responsibility in Sales Operations, Strategy, Business Operations, or Analytics within a B2B context, preferably in a SaaS environment or strategy consulting.
Compensation

At Atlassian, we are dedicated to designing fair, transparent, and competitive compensation packages. Our baseline compensation is set above the typical market range, reflecting our commitment to hiring top talent.

Base pay is determined by the candidate's skills, expertise, and experience. We have three geographic pay zones in the United States:

  • Zone A: $176,100 - $234,800
  • Zone B: $158,500 - $211,400
  • Zone C: $146,200 - $194,900

This position may also qualify for additional benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
