Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a strategic partner to the Solutions Sales overlay and Solution Engineer leadership, ensuring effective collaboration with Channel stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of analysts who support the sales leadership structure, fostering a culture of growth and achievement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Sales Strategy and Analytics, Revenue Operations, and Finance, to enhance reporting capabilities and execute market strategies.
  • Strategic Operations: Drive key initiatives such as forecasting, quarterly business reviews, annual planning, and performance analysis, providing actionable insights to senior management for informed decision-making.

  • Ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment with multiple teams relying on your expertise.

  • Over 10 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, Business Operations, or Analytics, preferably within a B2B or SaaS environment.
