Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our Money Movement Solutions Strategy & Operations team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our multi-year strategy, leading strategic initiatives, and providing business insights and analytics for Money Movement Solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical and research support for strategy development, leveraging data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Lead projects, defining approaches, developing recommendations, and crafting communications to generate support from key stakeholders.
  • Conduct deep dive analyses across business growth and operational areas to identify key trends, issues, and opportunities.
  • Support project management needs and ongoing operations across cross-functional and cross-geography touchpoints.
  • Develop clear and concise executive-level communications, effectively conveying complex ideas and strategies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or 5+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Master's, MBA, JD, MD) or 2+ years with a PhD.
  • Prior experience in management consulting or strategic planning teams is preferred.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a complex environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to analyze large data sets and formulate insights and strategies.
  • Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages in written and verbal communications.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional, global teams.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, with experience with Tableau or Power BI preferred.

Additional Information

This position requires travel 5-10% of the time and will be performed in an office setting.
