Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as a strategic partner to the Solutions Sales overlay and Solution Engineer leadership teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration across functions.

Team Leadership:
Oversee and mentor a team of analysts who support the second tier of sales leadership, fostering their growth and success.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work alongside diverse teams to unify and enhance reporting capabilities, driving actionable insights and executing go-to-market strategies.

Collaborate with departments such as Sales Strategy and Analytics, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Business Operations.


Strategic Operations:

Play a pivotal role in key activities including forecasting, M/QBR preparation, annual and quarterly planning, and OKR setting. Analyze business health and present strategic recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making and investment.

Encourage a proactive approach within the team to anticipate challenges and opportunities.


Qualifications
