Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other materials using computer software.
  • Compile and interpret data from various sources, entering information into computer systems and programs.
  • Check forms and records for completeness and accuracy, maintaining organized files and records.
  • Respond to employee and public inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Order and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence, operating a variety of office equipment.
  • Report software and hardware issues to the Technology Department.
  • Assist in preparing employee time reports and maintaining routine bookkeeping and payroll records.
  • Train new employees and student workers in office procedures.
