Office Coordinator

Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support our team in Granada Hills, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other materials using computer software.
- Compile and interpret data from various sources, entering information into computer systems and programs.
- Check forms and records for completeness and accuracy, maintaining organized files and records.
- Respond to employee and public inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Order and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence, operating a variety of office equipment.
- Report software and hardware issues to the Technology Department.
- Assist in preparing employee time reports and maintaining routine bookkeeping and payroll records.
- Train new employees and student workers in office procedures.
