Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Office Secretary to join our team at the Beverly Hills Gymnastics Center. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. As a Front Office Secretary, you will be responsible for greeting students, staff, and visitors, answering phones, and assisting with attendance record keeping, compiling student and staff files, and monitoring records for billing. You will also be responsible for coordinating accounts and collections, making phone calls, filing, and providing staff support. If you are a team player with excellent organizational skills and a can-do attitude, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • Greet students, staff, and visitors
  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries
  • Assist with attendance record keeping and compiling student and staff files
  • Monitor records for billing and coordinate accounts and collections
  • Make phone calls and provide staff support
  • Filing and data entry
Requirements
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
