  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or taxation.
  • Possession of CPA, EA, or a Master's degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a public accounting environment.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
  • Over 5 years of experience in preparing business financial statements.
  • 3-5 years of experience in both corporate and individual income tax preparation.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capability to comprehend complex financial and tax matters and apply knowledge effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently with adaptability and efficiency.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, follow-up, and follow-through.

Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Direct client communication and support.
  • Collaboration with staff for effective support.
  • Management of various projects.
  • Analysis and evaluation of business financial statements.
  • Preparation of tax documents.
  • Reviewing workpapers and providing insights and guidance.
