Sales and Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at Energy Hire. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving growth, and building relationships with key clients in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Generate reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in the energy or SaaS industry.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in recruitment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or related early-stage sales professional.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the energy sector.
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, or headhunting.

- Base salary up to $100,000 annually DOE and selected commission structure.
