Job Title: Sales Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Manager to join our team at Trusaic. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive consistent growth in the pipeline for our Workplace Equity and ACA services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of SDRs to meet or exceed monthly targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and refine outreach strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to maximize lead conversion rates.
  • Work closely with marketing to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies and campaign performance.
  • Track SDR performance, pipeline growth, and conversion rates, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
  • Oversee the accurate and timely input of lead data into CRM (Hubspot), ensuring all leads are properly tracked and followed up.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and data extraction tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google sheets, Hubspot, Zoominfo.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on coaching and team development.
What We Offer:
  • Base Salary: $85,000- $95,000
  • Total On target earnings: $135,000-145,000
  • Employee Ownership Incentive Plan: Eligibility for an award upon the first date of hire.
