Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Business Development Representatives to lead our Member Development Representative (MDR) team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll partner closely with sales and marketing leadership to develop an inside sales strategy and program focused on pipeline generation and customer acquisition. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and empower a team of 8-10 MDRs to achieve goals and significantly increase the productivity of sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders to optimize lead generation and operational processes that support our growth projections.
  • Manage a team of MDRs to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify skills and competency gaps, and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
  • Develop and implement effective time management strategies to maximize outreach and activity time.
  • Lead initiatives to increase productivity across the inside sales team, such as messaging frameworks, scripts, and tooling.
  • Support CRM database management to ensure accuracy and usability of data.
  • Design and deliver best-in-class onboarding training programs for new team members.
  • Provide regular analysis and reporting on team performance to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably B2B.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team, preferably of MDRs or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of success achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience making data-driven decisions, managing KPIs in a CRM system, and running a consistent sales process.
  • Ability to manage a team of 8-10 direct reports.
  • Deep understanding of marketing, sales, and business operations.
  • Previous experience in training and development, people management, and mentoring.
  • Experience managing and auditing data in a CRM system (Salesforce preferred).
  • Experience creating and editing customer-facing email copy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Passion for healthcare.

Physical Demands:

This role requires the ability to work in a sedentary environment with frequent use of screens and monitors. The team member will be seated for the majority of the day.

Compensation:

Salary starting at $70,000 per year and up, plus benefits.
