Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Columbus Technology Solutions, Inc. in Dublin, OH. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, conducting market research, crafting proposals, and negotiating contracts. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored technical solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Craft compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business deals.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver technical solutions that meet client needs.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of successful experience in selling customized software solutions to mid-sized and large enterprises.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in crafting compelling content for cold outreach emails and calls.
  • Understanding of B2B sales strategies and diverse buyer personas.
  • Proficiency in securing Staff Augmentation clients and managing the sales cycle from initiation to closure.
  • Proven track record of consistently surpassing sales quotas.
  • Expertise in attending industry events, building professional networks, and nurturing client relationships.
  • Experience in demand generation, meticulous pipeline management, and successful deal closures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT Staff Augmentation and related services.
  • Recent MBA graduates are encouraged to apply for this position.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and email marketing tools (e.g., Jobdiva, Ceipal & Orwin).
  • Familiarity with utilizing Zoominfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for effective sales prospecting.
