Upon obtaining an active real estate license and completing the training, you will have the opportunity to advance to a New Home Specialist position, which includes a competitive salary and bonus potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and nurture relationships with local real estate professionals.
  • Understand and address customer needs, aligning them with Eastwood Homes' offerings.
  • Showcase model homes, floor plans, and available properties to prospective buyers.
  • Interpret architectural designs and site plans.
  • Assist in the preparation of purchase agreements for new homes.
  • Collaborate with the community builder and New Home Specialists to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Essential Skills:
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
  • Availability to work a minimum of five days per week, including weekends and evenings.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle for job-related tasks.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor to represent the company effectively.
