Tri Pointe Homes Charlotte is seeking a passionate and skilled individual to fill the role of Residential Sales Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage all available sales and marketing tools to meet and exceed sales targets in assigned communities.
  • Engage in initiatives to drive traffic, including follow-up communications with previous visitors and organizing public and broker events.
  • Welcome prospective clients to the community, ensuring they complete registration materials and providing them with essential information.
  • Conduct tours of homesites, helping clients understand community layouts and property boundaries.
  • Utilize the company's established sales process to deliver compelling presentations and effectively close sales.
  • Articulate the advantages of the community, the company's reputation, and the quality of our homes.
  • Communicate the unique selling points that differentiate our homes from competitors.
  • Discuss energy efficiency and green features integrated into our homes.
  • Guide customers through the home buying process, ensuring they feel informed and confident.
  • Process sales documentation accurately and assist clients in completing purchase agreements.
  • Follow up diligently to ensure successful sales closures.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless experience from model home setup to final sale.
  • Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders, including managers, brokers, and clients.
  • Report on opportunities, challenges, and progress to management, facilitating timely resolutions.
  • Manage customer relationships post-purchase to maintain strong communication.
  • Coordinate and host events for brokers and promotional activities in assigned communities.
  • Meet reporting deadlines consistently.
  • Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to enhance sales activities.
  • Prepare weekly reports on prospective customer traffic for management review.
  • Stay informed about competitor offerings and market trends to provide valuable insights.
  • Conduct market research to keep management updated on industry changes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Real estate license as required by state regulations.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience is essential.
  • Experience in new home sales is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with sales policies and procedures.
  • Understanding of the homebuilding and residential real estate sectors.
  • Ability to create and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent standing, walking (including on uneven surfaces), and sitting; occasional lifting may be required.
  • May involve driving clients from the sales office to community lots.
  • Work conditions may vary, including exposure to different weather elements and environmental factors.
