Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and financial plans for purchasing a new home.
Present model homes and available properties to interested buyers, emphasizing the unique features and advantages of the homes and community.
Manage the lead pipeline through consistent follow-ups and CRM engagement, adhering to our standardized procedures. Oversee the sales process from contract signing to closing, which includes negotiating purchase agreements and supervising the home construction.
