Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and financial plans for purchasing a new home.
Present model homes and available properties to interested buyers, emphasizing the unique features and advantages of the homes and community.

Manage the lead pipeline through consistent follow-ups and CRM engagement, adhering to our standardized procedures. Oversee the sales process from contract signing to closing, which includes negotiating purchase agreements and supervising the home construction.

Establish and nurture relationships with clients, delivering outstanding customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.

Work collaboratively with marketing and construction teams to devise and execute sales and marketing initiatives aimed at generating leads and boosting sales.


Qualifications:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings.
Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
