We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Account Development Leader to join our team at Travel Placement Service. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and leading high-performing sales teams, fostering long-term relationships with clients, and ensuring outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Lead and manage sales teams to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales and account development, preferably in the travel industry
- Proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
