Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Account Development Leader to join our team at Travel Placement Service. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and leading high-performing sales teams, fostering long-term relationships with clients, and ensuring outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Lead and manage sales teams to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and account development, preferably in the travel industry
  • Proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
