Key Responsibilities of a Studio Sales Team Member:
  • Greeting every visitor to the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and expertise.
  • Explaining the OTF concept to interested individuals, also referred to as intros.
  • Managing front desk operations, including answering calls and assisting members with various inquiries.
  • Conducting studio tours for potential members.
  • Working closely with the coaching team to guide intros through their initial Orangetheory workout.
  • Promoting memberships to contribute to studio success while meeting personal sales targets.
  • Following up with prospects and making outreach calls to support studio growth.
  • Addressing member concerns in a professional and objective manner.
  • Participating in studio marketing and outreach initiatives.
  • Ensuring the studio environment is clean and organized.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in sales, retail, or fitness environments is preferred.
  • Background in customer-facing roles is preferred.
Position Type:

This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling options.
