About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Manager to join our growing team at GGB - Global. As a key member of our global brokerage team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership Role: Take a leadership role in the renewal process to ensure the best possible solutions are delivered to clients in a high-quality and timely manner.
  • Business Development: Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with your buyer in the client organization as well as with the day-to-day client representatives.
  • Risk Management: Guide your team members in addressing a client's risk management needs through consultative conversations.
  • Talent Development: Mentor Client Service team members through continuous learning, transparent feedback, and strong talent development.
  • Compliance: Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels are met.
  • Client Data Management: Maintain accurate client and policy data and documents within Gallagher systems.
  • Productivity: Use Gallagher's technology to improve your productivity.
Requirements
  • Professional Qualifications: A current 220 License.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Leadership Experience: 1 year of Supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Insurance Knowledge: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
  • Financial Acumen: Solid financial acumen.
