Job Summary

Pact seeks experienced Partners with a strong background in corporate law to join our dynamic team. As a Partner, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and working closely with clients and firm staff to provide expert guidance on complex legal matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and cultivate new business opportunities to drive the growth of the law firm.
  • Provide strategic guidance to businesses on preventing, navigating, and resolving complex legal issues.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize business agreements that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Manage multiple clients, matters, and legal activities with varying deadlines, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Mentor and guide Law Clerks and Associates to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to achieve common goals and objectives.
Required Skills
  • Strong analytical and contract review skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Comfortable working with evolving technology and adapting to new tools and systems.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to oversee client matters and delegate effectively to associate attorneys and support staff.
  • Exceptional business judgment and a high level of professionalism, with a strong understanding of the legal industry and market trends.
Education and Experience
  • J.D. degree from an American Bar Association (ABA)-accredited law school.
  • An active member in good standing with a State Bar Association.
  • At least seven years of law firm experience practicing corporate law, with a strong track record of success and a transferable book of originations.
