Position Overview

Pact is seeking Partners with a minimum of seven years of experience in corporate law. Partners will play a crucial role in generating new business for the firm while closely collaborating with clients and staff to offer sound legal guidance. Ideal candidates are dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services and excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attract new clients and cultivate opportunities for the firm’s sustained growth.
  • Assist businesses in preventing, navigating, and resolving intricate legal matters.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize various business agreements.
  • Manage multiple clients and legal activities with varying deadlines.
  • Guide and mentor Law Clerks and Associates.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the firm.

Qualifications

  • J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited institution.
  • Active membership in good standing with a State Bar Association.

Experience Requirements

  • Applicants must possess at least seven years of law firm experience in corporate law.
  • Demonstrated transferable book of business is required for partner consideration.

Compensation Structure

Unlike traditional law firms, Pact compensates attorneys based on a percentage of client fees. While conventional firms typically offer salaries that represent only a fraction of the value created, Pact attorneys earn a percentage of collected origination and matter responsible fees.
