Position Overview

Ideal candidates are dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services in their own style and excel in a fast-paced, cooperative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist businesses in preventing, navigating, and resolving intricate legal matters.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements.
  • Manage multiple clients, cases, and legal tasks with varying deadlines.
  • Advise, guide, and mentor junior attorneys and support staff.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the firm.

Essential Skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong contract review capabilities.
  • Proven relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable utilizing evolving technology.
  • Self-driven with excellent time management abilities.
  • Ability to oversee client matters and delegate tasks effectively to junior attorneys and support staff.
  • Exceptional business acumen and a high degree of professionalism.

Qualifications

  • J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited institution.
  • An active member in good standing with a State Bar Association.

Experience Requirements

  • Applicants for the Partner position must possess at least seven years of law firm experience in corporate law.
  • Applicants must demonstrate a transferable book of business to be considered for a partner role.
