Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Immigration Counsel: Offer expert advice on immigration laws and regulations to our corporate and business units, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Handle Immigration Cases: Manage complex immigration cases and issues related to corporate immigration, including employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters.
  • Prepare Immigration Documents: Analyze, evaluate, and prepare key immigration legal issues, including H-1N, L-1, TN, and PERM labor certifications, and determine and prepare appropriate immigrant visa petitions.
  • Resolve Complex Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve complex legal issues related to immigration, including drafting complex case matters, such as support letters, audit responses, and appeals.
  • Organize and Prioritize Cases: Plan and schedule cases on priority dates, ensuring timely completion within the stipulated time frame.
  • Review and Approve Documents: Review and approve documents and filings with accuracy, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-10 plus years of experience as a practicing attorney in immigration law.
  • Education: Obtained an appropriate law degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association.
  • Admission: Admission to any US state bar is required.
  • Skills: Extensive skill, knowledge, and work-related experience is needed, including leading, organizing, and reviewing the work of legal staff.
