We are in search of a driven and seasoned Corporate Associate Attorney. Primary Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law, with substantial expertise in securities and M&A.
  • In-depth knowledge of securities laws and regulations, including familiarity with the SEC and related filings.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and clients concurrently.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
