About the Role:

The Assistant Office Manager is a key member of the Global Channel Management team, responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all incoming calls and direct callers to the appropriate personnel.
  • Greet guests and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Open visitor and common areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Track and order office supplies and equipment.
  • Manage visitor and office maintenance requests through the building's online system.

Requirements:
  • 2 years' experience in a professional office environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Oracle and MS Office suite.
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers and vendors.
