As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading by example in setting the highest standard of excellence in customer service, communication, and oversight of day-to-day operations. This includes:
- Ensuring a patient-centered culture through personnel training, development, and oversight.
- Providing hands-on support and engagement of teams from front to back to ensure proactive approaches to excellent customer service.
- Communicating effectively with patients, providers, staff, and other departments throughout the organization.
- Participating in regional manager meetings and ensuring information is effectively communicated through daily huddles and monthly provider and staff meetings.
- Managing staff schedules, overtime, inventory control, daily receipts and collections, and ensuring provider schedules are accurate and full.
- Morale building and problem-solving to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as a strong work ethic and solution-oriented approach. A minimum of three years of supervisory experience in the medical field is required, along with experience with general office equipment, Excel, and Word. Experience with EMR systems and HIPAA privacy practices is preferred.
