Key Responsibilities- Support the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions, including bell/door staff, switchboard, and guest services/front desk operations.
- Supervise and manage front office staff, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality performance.
- Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, increase revenue, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all front office policies, standards, and procedures, including credit policies and procedures to minimize bad debts and rebates.
- Participate in department meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of corrective action plans based on guest feedback and satisfaction results.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or a related field preferred.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field may be considered in lieu of experience.
