Job Title: Business Office Manager

At Bear Mountain Health Care, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our business office, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the business office, including supervising administrative staff and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the business office.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of business office activities.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business office management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
