Job Title: Office Manager

At Fisher College, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of general office activities, including bookkeeping, payroll preparation, and personnel management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Director of Admissions and Vice President of Enrollment to achieve enrollment and fiscal objectives.
  • Ensure the prompt, efficient, and effective delivery of recruitment services to prospective students and their families.
  • Analyze and organize office operations and procedures, including requisition of supplies and other administrative services.
  • Establish uniform correspondence procedures and style practices.
  • Manage the Admissions Office Inventory and oversee the maintenance of consistent direct contact with inquiries and applicants throughout the admissions cycle.
  • Formulate procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
  • Assist with the planning and recruitment of on-campus recruitment events.
  • Directly supervise 7-10 (Work-Study Students) employees in the Office of Admissions.
  • Manage the day-to-day tasks of the student ambassadors.
  • Serve on various campus-wide committees as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and six months to one-year related experience and/or training.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of admissions practices and procedures.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organizational, oral and written communication, supervisory, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects while meeting deadlines.
